Two years ago, a very poor young man had been surfing from right side’s arm pain. A non-profit organization’s social worker met him and advised to go to a well hospital. Social worker seemed that he unable to visit hospital because of lack of money. Because patient already had taken, been debt from moneylender for his treatment. Therefore, a social worker generated his courage and he took debt and spent for some primary tests. Doctors proofed cancer after examination and advised him consulting with cancer specialist hospital for his treatment. Even so, organization collect nothing much money form own staff and peoples at local area and he was admitted in Rajeev Gandhi Cancer Hospital in Delhi by non-profit organization. After examinations, he was advised by doctors that he should must spent near about 0.5 million rupees for his complete cancer treatment. Non-profit organization and patient felt discoursed but nonprofit organization requested with some hospitals and some donor agencies that hospitals may treatment with free of cost and donor agencies may financial help to him but patient got negative response from all sites. While charity organization was, also grassroots’ organization had no any fund for his treatment. Jest a later, non-profit organization (GSS), posted an appeal on internet to collect donation from donor for his treatment but it could not raise any funds.

Due to lack of money, treatment could not possible. He was about 25 years old and has been suffering from cancer for a long time and after then he has expired. His oldest father is about 78 years old and his wife is about 24 years old. Now his father unable to earn money and his wife has no any source for collecting daily breads. She are living in discouraging condition at her home and all loads on his little life and because of lack any opportunities she is unable to fight in returning debt and any responsibilities. She is living a misfortunate life, with shortage of needs. Yet, he could not receive any donation from government, non-government and others.
